Hello! I’m Mavis-Ann Kohn, your local Alaska Realtor®. I first arrived in Alaska in 2019 on what was supposed to be a one-year adventure—and I never left. The breathtaking landscapes and welcoming community quickly captured my heart, and I knew I had found home.
I’m a proud mom and a new grandmother—feel free to call me Gam-Gam! My household includes a pack of beloved pups: several spirited miniature dachshunds and one delightfully oversized Great Dane. Family, friends, and dogs are at the heart of everything I do. I even run a small business devoted to dog treats and gourmet pet desserts! When I’m not helping clients, you’ll likely find me on a scenic drive, soaking in the natural beauty and sharing glimpses of the day’s adventures on social media.
During home tours, you’ll notice I always make a beeline for the kitchen—it’s where I come alive, whether I’m cooking for the dogs or whipping up something special for loved ones.
