Looking at these market trends from February 25th, we are able to see compared to January that the number of pending homes has INCREASED.
With this increase in pendings, the months of inventory has DECREASED.
This tells us that more buyers are on the hunt, looking for homes and putting in offers. It also tells us that there is not enough inventory to match the demand. With this information we can see that it is a great time for sellers to enter the market to meet the demand before there is too much more competition.
